Eat Healthy. Stay Healthy!

 
The food you eat can prevent falls and injuries.  Vitamin D and calcium are especially important if you are at risk for osteoporosis.
 
  1. Eat regular, healthy meals with lots of vegetables and fruit.

  2. Take calcium and Vitamin D to keep your bones strong.

  3. Drink plenty of water (at least 6 to 8 glasses a day).
