Why
Don't Fall Again - Check It Out!
One-Third of people over 65 have a fall at least once a year. You are at a higher risk of falling if you've fallen before.
-
Find out why you fell. Tell your health care provider if you fall. A fall could be a sign something is wrong with you.
-
If you fall, make sure you are not injured before getting up or letting others help you up.
-
Don't let the fear of falling again stop you from being active. Inactivity puts you at a higher risk of falling.
